PUMPING UNIT
Sermac uses only hard-wearing premium quality materials when manufacturing its concrete pumps, resulting in long service life, low maintenance and low operating costs. The open loop hydraulic system, which operates through an automatic compensation sequence, guarantees great flexibility and reliability under all types of operating conditions.

Benefits:
- Easy-to-replace wear parts
- Full range of booms available including low-unfolding height
- Special hydraulic circuit, eliminating the use of accumulator systems
- Excellent performance and low maintenance
- Automatic compensating wear-plate and bushing ensure maximum pump efficiency
- Cost effective
- Flexible and reliable
SERMAC'S INNOVATIVE S-VALVE
The pumping unit utilizes a special S-valve that guarantees great outputs and small load loss. The S-valve is the result of years of research and tests under hard working conditions.
CONCRETE HOPPER
The hopper is manufactured from wear-resistant materials, and its large capacity plus the high-torque agitator allows for operation under hard working conditions with low slump concrete.

REMOTE CONTROL
All the boom and pump functions are operated by a proportional radio-remote control. In addition, a cable remote control is supplied in case of poor radio reception.
POWER SUPPLY
All Sermac concrete pumps are supplied standard with a Stiebel gearbox and Rexroth hydraulics.
PLACING BOOMS
Designed and manufactured by SERMAC, the placing booms are the result of years of experience coupled with accurate manufacturing technology that utilizes the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) design method. Our booms have high-yield welded sections connected with double support pins, ranking them among the safest and most reliable in the industry today.
Sermac Standard booms are available in:“Z” Fold, “R” Fold and “RZ” Fold configurations which cover all applications including limited opening height, long reach, and high output requirements.
OUTRIGGERS
The pumping unit’s outriggers are hydraulically operated to ensure safe use. The lifting cylinders are fitted with check valves, which hold them in position even in the event of a hydraulic failure.
